How to choose the right size?
The measurements listed refer to the garment dimensions, not your body. Take your favorite sweatshirt, lay it flat on a table, and measure it:

A (Half Chest): straight across the chest from armpit to armpit.

B (Length): from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

C (Sleeve): from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.
Size Note:
The measurements listed refer to new, unwashed garments. Due to the use of 100% organic cotton, natural shrinkage of 3–5% (approx. 1–2 cm in length) may occur after the first wash.

Sizing Tip: If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Garment Care: To minimize shrinkage, wash at 30°C inside out and do not tumble dry.
